The Digital Release: September 8, 2026

The game launched digitally on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 across all three platforms:

• PlayStation 5
• Xbox Series X|S
• PC — Steam and Epic Games Store

The date was revealed during a PlayStation State of Play broadcast, alongside the first gameplay footage — and the game hit it without a delay. Store pricing stands at $39.99 for the standard edition.

The Early Access Window: Before September 8

Before the full unlock, pre-purchase players were already playing. Digital Deluxe owners reported getting into the Advance Access window on September 4, 2026 — four days ahead of launch — which is why guides, clips and full gameplay breakdowns were circulating before release day.

Advance Access was a pre-order benefit, not a separate edition. Once the game unlocked on September 8, everyone was on the same build.

The Physical Editions: October 6, 2026

Retail gets its turn on October 6, 2026, with two boxes:
